Quality

You get the inspection report. We do not just tell you it passed.

  1. 01

    Print review before quoting

An engineer reads your drawing before a number goes out. If a tolerance is unnecessarily tight for the function, we will ask — loosening one dimension often takes real money off the price.

  2. 02

    Material purchased to certificate

When you ask for traceability, we buy to certificate and keep the mill test report against the job number. Ask for it two years later and we can still produce it.

  3. 03

    First-article inspection

Every new part number gets a dimensional report on the first piece before the rest of the lot runs. You get the report; we do not just tell you it passed.

  4. 04

    In-process checks

Operators check to a documented frequency written into the job traveller, not to habit.

  5. 05

    Final inspection and documentation

Per lot or 100% depending on what you specified. The packing slip references the job number the reports are filed under.

What we do not claim.

There are no certification logos on this website. We provide material certificates and dimensional inspection reports on request, and those are documents about your specific job rather than a badge about us.

If your purchasing process requires a specific quality-system registration, ask us directly before you spend time on an RFQ. We will give you a straight answer rather than a page of implied credentials, and if we do not hold what you need we will say so.

Material certification has to be requested at RFQ stage. If you do not ask, we buy to specification but cannot produce a certificate afterwards — so it is worth stating up front.
