What we need from you
- Your deed
- A scan is fine. This is the single most useful thing you can send.
- Parcel number or address
- Either. The county's number saves us a lookup.
- Title commitment
- If you have one. Required for an ALTA, useless for a fence.
- Lender's requirements
- For an ALTA, the list of optional table items they selected.
- Any dispute
- Tell us now. It changes how we work, not whether we take the job.
What comes back
- A recommendation
- Which survey you need, and which you do not, in writing.
- A fixed figure
- Not an hourly estimate. If the field work turns out worse than the record suggested, we tell you before we spend it.
- A field window
- The week we would be out, not a season.
