What we do
A short list, and a second list of what we send elsewhere.
We do
- Drain clearing and camera inspection of a lateral
- Water heater replacement, tank and tankless
- Toilets, faucets, and fixture replacement
- Hose bibs, shut-off valves, and the main shut-off
- Leak location and accessible repair
- Repiping in copper or PEX
- Sump pump replacement
- Frozen pipe thaw and repair
We do not
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We will fit what your contractor installs, but we are not the contractor.
- New construction. Two trucks cannot hold a schedule for a builder and hold one for a house with no water.
- Commercial buildings and restaurants. Different fixtures, different code, different insurance.
- Septic systems. We stop at the property line and give you the name of somebody who does not.
- Gas appliance installation beyond the water heater connection.
- Well pumps.
Hours, in full
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Two trucks. Same-day for a burst or no water, most days.
- Saturday
- 8:00 am – noon
- One truck, booked ahead. Emergencies only if it is already full.
- Sunday
- Closed
- The voicemail says so rather than promising a callback.
- Overnight
- Closed
- If you have no water and it is two in the morning, shut the main off and ring at seven. If it is gas, ring the gas company now.
