Suspicious moles and skin cancer screening

A full-skin examination with dermoscopy. Anything of concern is photographed and measured, and biopsied the same day where that is appropriate.
Skin cancer removal

Confirmed diagnosis, discussion of the removal options appropriate to the site and type, and the reconstruction that follows.
Your visit
Forty minutes, and you leave with it in writing.
Dermatologist-supervised care, evidence-based recommendations, transparent treatment plans, and coordinated follow-up.
What to bring- 01
Before you arrive
Bring your insurance card, a list of current medications, and the names of anything you have already tried on your skin — including things you bought yourself. Come without makeup on the areas of concern.

Check-in
Ten minutes. Paperwork is short because we ask for history in the room rather than on a clipboard.
- 03
The examination
Fifteen to thirty minutes with the dermatologist depending on what you have come for. A full-skin exam takes the longer end of that.

The plan
Written before you leave: what we think is happening, what we are going to do, what it will cost, and when we will review it. You get a copy.

Afterwards
Biopsy results by phone within about a week. Prescription questions go to a nurse line rather than a general inbox.
