Deionised water, poles, and a ladder that only gets used where there is something to tie to. Nobody goes on a roof and nobody walks on an array.

Panels first
Output read from your inverter display before we start. Then the array, from the ground, with pure water and no detergent — detergent leaves a film that collects more dust.

Output read again
Same display, same day, written on the invoice next to the first number. Sometimes it is lower. We print that too.

Then the glass
Exterior as standard, interior if booked, tracks if asked. Screens come out and go back in the same order they came out of.

One invoice
With fifty-five dollars off for doing both, because it is one trip. That discount is the entire business case for this company.
Four things we do not do
- Nobody goes on the roof. Not for panels, not for a stuck screen, not for anything.
- No detergent on an array. It leaves a film and the film collects dust faster than bare glass.
- No pressure washing panels. It forces water past seals that were not built for it.
- No ladder work without something to tie to. If a window cannot be reached from the ground, we say so.
