What we will not say
That these are an investment, or that you buy them for life. Shoes wear out. That is exactly why there is a bench in the same room as the shelf.
Most people have two different feet.
Most people have never been told which one is longer. It is the first thing a proper fitting establishes, and it is the reason a shoe that felt fine in a shop hurts on the left after a mile.
