Fittings take about forty minutes. Weekday afternoons there is almost never a wait, and the afternoon is when your feet are the size they will be when you are wearing the shoes.
Sending repairs by post

Pack them in a box, not a bag. A bag arrives crushed and a crushed shoe is harder to work on.

Put a note in with your name, a phone number, and what you want done.

Do not clean them first. The wear pattern tells the bench more than a clean shoe does.

We ring with a price before starting, and again if anything unexpected turns up.

Return postage is charged at cost and appears on the same invoice.
