Prices are ranges because a house with open walls and a house without are different jobs. The consultation gives you a real number, and the design is yours whether or not we do the work.
Consultation and system design

Two visits and a written design. Yours whether or not we install it.
Lighting control and scenes

Per floor, on a typical house. Existing switch boxes reused where they are deep enough.
Heating and zoning
From $2,800
Depends entirely on how many zones the plumbing already supports.
Motorised blinds
From $780 each
Wired where a wall is open, battery where it is not. Battery ones need charging twice a year and we will say so.
Locks and access
From $520 each
Convenience, not security. See the note on every page that mentions them.
Cameras with local recording
From $3,400
Recorder in the house, on your own drive, and nothing leaves the property by default.
Network work
From $1,900
Usually the actual problem. Half our first visits are somebody else's smart home failing on a bad network.
Taking over an abandoned system
$950 to survey
Somebody moved out and left nine apps and no passwords. Common, and fixable more often than not.
Support plan
$65 a month
Optional. Remote help, one visit a year, and firmware done deliberately rather than automatically.
