- Rear and second-storey additions with foundation, framing, and roof tie-ins coordinated under one contract.

- Tenant improvements in existing shells — medical, dental, restaurant, and general office.
- Exterior improvements4 – 10 weeks
- Siding, decks, covered porches, and drainage corrections that keep water away from the foundation.

- Scope development and budgeting before you commit, including feasibility when you are still deciding whether to buy.

- One accountable manager per project who runs the schedule, the trades, the inspections, and your weekly update.
What we will turn down.
Saying this early saves everyone a site visit. If your project is on this list we will usually know someone better suited and will say so.
- Ground-up custom homes — we are a remodeling and build-out contractor and would be the wrong choice.
- Emergency or insurance restoration work.
- Jobs under roughly $25,000, where our overhead makes us poor value for you.
- Projects outside the Austin, Round Rock, and Cedar Park area.
