What you receive
Six documents, on paper and as files, and you own all of them.
Take them to another studio, a contractor, or a joiner. Nothing here is written to be useless without us.
- 01
Measured plan
The room as it actually is, not as the listing said. Nearly every 1958 house has one wall that is not square.
- 02
Furniture plan, to scale
Drawn at quarter inch. Most rooms fail because one piece is four inches too deep and nobody measured.
- 03
Elevations
For the wall you see from the door and any wall with joinery. Elevations are where proportion problems become obvious.
- 04
Lighting plan
Including switching, which is the part people forget and then live with for twenty years.
- 05
Material schedule
Every finish named, with the sample stapled to it.
- 06
Source list
Item, price, size, lead time, and where. Yours. Take it anywhere.
No photographs of houses we did not design
And no photograph of a room styled with objects that were not in it, unless the caption says so. Both of those are common in this industry and both are, in the end, a lie about what a studio delivered.
