Thirty minutes, and you are allowed to say the books are a mess.
Most people who call us open with an apology. It is genuinely fine — we have seen worse than yours this month, and cleanup is a normal piece of work rather than a judgement.
What happens on the call
- 01You describe the business and what is currently painful.
- 02We say which package fits, or that none of them do.
- 03If your books need cleanup first, we say so and roughly what that costs.
- 04You decide later. Nobody follows up more than twice.
