How it works
Five steps to start, then the same rhythm every month.
- 01
A conversation
Thirty minutes. What your business does, what is currently a mess, and what you actually want to stop thinking about. No charge and no obligation.
- 02
We look at the file
Read-only access to your accounting file for a few days. We come back with what state it is in, honestly, and whether cleanup is needed before a package starts.
- 03
A written scope
Which package, what it includes, what it excludes, and the monthly price. Signed before any work begins.
- 04
Portal setup
Two-factor authentication on your side and ours. This is where every document lives from then on.
- 05
The monthly rhythm
Books closed by the 15th for the prior month. Statements to you the same day. Anything that needs your attention flagged in the same email rather than buried.
On document security
Everything moves through a portal with two-factor authentication. We will not ask you to email a tax return, a bank statement, or a photograph of anything with your Social Security number on it — and if you send one anyway, we will ask you to delete it from your sent folder.
