How shipping works
Six steps, and you never have to ask where the truck is.
- 01
Rate request
Origin, destination, pallet count, weight, and any appointment window. We come back within two hours during business hours, with the accessorials already on the quote.
You need: pickup and delivery zip codes, and a rough weight.
- 02
Tender
You accept the rate and we assign the load. From this point one coordinator owns it and you have their direct line.
You need: a pickup contact and a receiving contact.
- 03
Pickup
Confirmation sent when the driver is loaded, with the bill of lading attached. If the driver finds a discrepancy in the count, you hear it from us within the hour, not at delivery.
You need: freight ready at the dock and paperwork signed.
- 04
In transit
A departure notice, and an updated ETA if anything changes. Text or email, whichever you told us. Nothing to log into.
You need: nothing. We call you if there is a problem.
- 05
Delivery
Proof of delivery sent the same day, with the signed receipt. Any exception noted by the receiver is flagged to you before the invoice.
You need: a receiving window we agreed in advance.
- 06
Invoice
Matches the quote unless something changed on the ground, and if it did we told you at the time. Detention and accessorials are itemised with the times recorded.
You need: nothing to reconcile that you have not already seen.
