Questions

Five answers, none of them “it depends.”

Which states do you serve?
Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin. That is the whole footprint, and it is deliberate — we run lanes we know, with carriers we have relationships with. If your freight needs to go beyond those five states we will say so and point you to a broker who covers it.
How are rates calculated?
Distance and lane balance first, then weight and pallet count, appointment windows, season, and any accessorials. Every one of those appears on the quote. If a rate changes between quote and pickup, we tell you why before the truck moves, not after.
Do you handle expedited freight?
Yes, same day where the distance allows, using a straight truck or sprinter rather than a full trailer. It is expensive, and we will tell you when it is not worth it — sometimes the honest answer is that your own van gets there sooner.
Is cargo insurance available?
Yes. Cargo coverage is in place on every load we move and the certificate is available on request before you tender freight. High-value shipments may need additional coverage arranged in advance — tell us the declared value when you request a rate rather than at pickup.
How are shipments tracked?
Your coordinator sends a pickup confirmation, a departure notice, and an ETA update if anything changes en route — by email or text, whichever you prefer. There is no portal to log into. For dedicated lanes we can send a scheduled daily summary instead.
