Five states, one terminal. We do not run outside this footprint, and we will say so rather than brokering your freight to someone we do not know.

Pickup and delivery zips, pallet count, and weight are enough for a number. Accessorials — liftgate, inside delivery, residential, detention — appear on the quote rather than on the invoice.

What will move the number

Distance and lane balance
A loaded run into a region we struggle to load out of costs more than the mileage suggests. Grand Rapids to Chicago prices better than the reverse for exactly this reason.
Weight and pallet count
Under about eight pallets, LTL is usually cheaper. Over twelve, truckload usually wins. Between the two, we will run both numbers for you.
Appointment windows
A two-hour receiving window at the destination costs more than a same-day window, because it puts the driver's hours at risk.
Seasonality
Late Q4 and the weeks around produce season tighten capacity across the Midwest. We will tell you when you are quoting into a tight week.
Accessorials
Liftgate, inside delivery, residential, detention beyond two hours. These appear on our quotes up front rather than on your invoice afterwards.
