What we work on
Six kinds of machine, and five things we turn down.
We do
- Every mainstream American and Korean brand, plus the common European ones.
- Anything under about fifteen years old, and older if parts still exist.
- Built-in and integrated units, including panel-ready refrigerators.
- Commercial-style ranges in a domestic kitchen, up to 48 inch.
We do not
- Anything under manufacturer warranty — ring them first, because we would be charging you for something you have already paid for.
- Sealed system work on units over about fifteen years old. The gas alone makes it uneconomic and we would be taking your money.
- Small appliances. Microwaves over the range, yes; a countertop microwave, no.
- Commercial kitchens. Different parts, different regulations, different insurance.
- Installation of a new appliance you bought elsewhere, unless it is replacing one we just condemned.
The first one on the right-hand list is worth reading twice. If your machine is still under manufacturer warranty, ring them, not us — otherwise you are paying twice for the same repair.
