Four things that have to be true at your end.
None of these are unreasonable and all four have caught somebody out. A trailer that cannot get in is still a delivery charge.

Somewhere a truck and a twenty-four foot trailer can turn round without reversing a quarter mile.

Ground firm enough to unload on. If it rained yesterday, tell us — we would rather move the day than sink a trailer.

A spot for the machine that is not blocking your own access, because we will not be back until the end of the rental.

Somebody to take a phone call. The driver rings twenty minutes out and nobody needs to be standing there.
Delivery bands are measured from the yard on Sixteenth Avenue, not from the middle of town. Distances and prices here are examples pending confirmation.
