One price for the day, and nothing taken from your caterer.

- Courtyard
- Included with the hallApril to OctoberGravel, strung lights already up, and no cover. Have a wet-weather plan.
- Second layout change
- $400Any dayOur crew resets the room mid-event. One change is included; this is the second.
Rates are for the 2027 season and exclude sales tax.
The terms, which fit on a page
- Holding a date
- Two weeks, free, while you decide. Nothing is taken.
- Deposit
- Half to confirm, the balance thirty days before.
- Moving a date
- Once, to any open date within a year, at no charge.
- Cancelling
- Deposit is refundable up to 120 days out, half up to 60.
- Insurance
- Event liability cover, which your caterer or planner usually arranges.
- Damage
- No deposit held. We invoice for damage if there is any, and there usually is not.
